Our Website
This website is the official website of Freemasons’ Hall Aberdeen. It’s main function is to provide an overview of:
The Building and its History
Opening in 1910, this building is not only the pride of the Masonic Fraternity in the City of Aberdeen, Scotland, but is considered to be among the finest, if not actually the finest, purpose built building devoted entirely to Freemasonry within the Scottish Constitution. See more about it’s history here.
The Masonic Lodges and Orders
Multiple Lodges operate within Freemasons’ Hall. These Lodges operate independently, and have their own unique identity under the Grand Lodge of Scotland. Multiple orders are also present.
Freemasonry and its Purpose
Freemasonry is dedicated to the principles of Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth. Scottish Freemasonry continues to perpetuate the world’s oldest masonic heritage. More information can be found here.
Masonic Charitable Contributions
Various Lodges and Orders actively engage in charitable work, embodying the core principles of Freemasonry through their actions. More about our charity can be read here.
